This is an execution petition seeking execution of the judgment dated 23.09.2019 passed in CS (COMM) 257/2019 for a sum of Rs. 2 lakhs. 2.

The judgment-debtor No. 2 is present in Court and has offered to settle the matter. The judgment-debtor No. 2 has paid a sum of Rs. 1,25,000/- in full and final settlement of all the claims arising out of the present execution petition which has been accepted by the decree-holder in full and final settlement of the decree. The amount has been paid in Court today and hence the judgment and decree dated 23.09.2019 stands satisfied and the decree-holder has no remaining claim against any of the judgmentdebtors whatsoever. 3.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
