Heard, learned counsel for the parties.

The prayer (I) made in this public interest litigation is that a direction be issued to take action on the complaint said to have been lodged in the portal of Special Task Force(STF) on 17.07.2024 with ID No. SNS 20240717125. Learned counsel representing the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has stated that the complaint has been referred to the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB).

In view of the aforesaid, it appears that action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner is in process.

Accordingly, directions are issued to the DDA/STF/DUSIB to conclude the proceedings on the said complaint and decide the same within a period of three months from today. The final decision taken by the authority concerned, shall also be communicated to the petitioner. 6.

Insofar as prayer (II) is concerned, the petitioner is permitted to submit a representation to the DDA within fortnight from today. If any such representation is made, the same shall be decided by passing a reasoned and speaking order by the DDA, in accordance with law. 7.

The petition along with pending applications stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
