The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

"a. Passing of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to be issued to the Respondent N o.1 to consider the representation dated 18.04.2025 sent by the Petitioner to the Respondent No.1 seeking timely disposal of the Complaint of the Petitioner dated 13.11.2024 in accordance with the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India), Order 2017 dated I5.06.20I 7, Notifying Electronic Products in furtherance of the Order.

b. Passing of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to be issued to the Respondent No. I to take appropriate steps and appropriate action against the Respondent No.3 for non-compliance of directions given by the Respondent No.1 in its OM No. 14(3)/2024-ITHW dated l 9.12.2024.

Mandamus to be issued to the Respondent No.3 to comply with the directions given by the Respondent No.1 in its OM No. 14(3)/2024-ITHW dated 19.12.2024.

d. Passing of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to be issued to the Respondent No.1 to debar the Respondent No.4 in the event the Make in India Certificate obtained is in breach of the Code of Integrity under the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order, 2017 dated 15.06.2024.

e. Pass such other and order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and property in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner confines himself to seeking that the respondent no.1 be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 18.04.2025 thereby seeking timely disposal of its Complaint dated 13.11.2024, in accordance with the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India), Order 2017. 3.

Considering the nature of the relief sought, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1 to decide the aforesaid representation as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 4 weeks from today.

The present petition is disposed of in the above terms. Pending application also stands disposed of.
