A settlement has been arrived between the parties through the Mediation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 04.05.2026. 2.

In pursuance to the settlement, a demand draft for a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- is handed over by the respondent to the appellant, who is present in Court in person.

On joint request of the parties, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement.

The Settlement Agreement shall form part and parcel of the Judgment and Decree.
