3. The present petition seeks to assail the interim order dated 30.05.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (the Tribunal) in O.A. No. 1525/2023. Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has, by way of an interim arrangement, directed the petitioners to continue to grant Hospital Patient Care Allowance (HPCA) to the respondents during the pendency of the O.A. 4. At the outset, we note that the present petition has been filed after almost one year from the date of passing of the impugned order, which as noted above, was interim in nature. During this period of one year, pleadings in the O.A. stand completed and the O.A. is ripe for final hearing. In these circumstances, we find absolutely no reason to entertain the present petition at this belated stage when the interim order has been in force for almost one year. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
5. Needless to state, since pleadings in the O.A. are complete, the learned Tribunal will endeavour to decide the O.A. at its earliest convenience.
