The petitioner has assailed Labour Court Award dated 13.10.2023 whereby the respondent was directed to pay a lump sum compensation of Rs. 1,00,000/- in lieu of reinstatement and back wages. As reflected from the order dated 05.07.2024, the petitioner wants additional compensation on grounds of pain and suffering.
