% 11.04.2017 The valuation of suit for purpose of court fee and jurisdiction is is less than two crores rupees. As per Section 4 of Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act 2015 (Act 23 of 2015) which came into effect from 26.10.2015 vide notification No. F. No L-19015/04/2012 Jus dated 26.10.2015 and extracts of the minutes dated 20.10.2016, the execution petition is liable to be transferred before the concerned District Court.

Learned counsel for the parties submits that property is situated at village Jeevanpur @ Johripur which falls within the jurisdiction of Shahdara District, as such requested to send the matter before the Learned District & Session Judge (Shahdara District), Karkardooma Court.

In view of the submission, let the matter be sent to the Ld District & Session Judge (Shahdara District), Karkardooma Court.

Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Session Judge (Shahdara District), Karkardooma Court on 03.05.2017.

The suit files be made available to the Ld District & Session Judge (Shahdara District) at Karkardooma Court on the date fixed. The date 18.04.2017 stands cancelled.
