This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:

"i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the DG ITBP to grant the disability pension to the petitioner as admissible under CCS (Extraordinary Pension) Rules 1939.

Issue notice. Counsel for the respondents accept notice. 3.

Smt. Kamlesh Rani, who appears on behalf of the respondents, submits that the issue raised by the petitioner is under consideration in the respondent/organization.

If that be so, the respondents, while deciding the issue, shall also consider this writ petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioner, and pass a speaking order within a period of eight weeks from today as an outer limit.

It goes without saying that if the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the order, to be passed by the respondents, liberty shall be with the petitioner to seek such remedy as available in law. 6.

The petition is disposed of.
