JUDGMENT

SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J. (ORAL) 1.

Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to serve a copy of the order, if any passed on the Show Cause Notice dated 10.05.2022 2.

Learned counsel for the Respondent under instructions submits that the Show Cause Notice stand adjudicated and an order dated 31.08.2022 has been passed and communicated to the petitioner through speed post.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order was never communicated to the petitioner as he has not received any such order.

Be that as it may, respondent is directed to serve a copy of the order on the petitioner within a period of two days from today, in addition through learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.

It would be open to the petitioner to avail of such further remedy as may be permissible in law, in case petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 31.08.2022.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
