After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a claim petition under Section 70 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 2003. 2.

In the event, such a claim petition is filed within two weeks, the Registrar and/or his nominee is directed to decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within ninety days.
