1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the impugned transfer and movement orders qua the petitioner have been recalled.

2. In the light of the aforesaid, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition, which is accordingly disposed of.

3. Needless to state, this order will not come in the way of the petitioner availing of any legal remedies in case, he is aggrieved by any transfer order passed in the future.
