This petition has been filed challenging the Judgment dated 25.04.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal') in O.A. No. 1729/2023, titled Yugal Kishore Sah & Ors. v. Union of India & Ors.

We find that the same Order was challenged by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research and another by way of a writ petition being W.P.(C) No.14126/2024 titled Indian Council of Agricultural Research and Anr. vs. Yugal Kishore Sah & Ors., and the said challenge has been dismissed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide its Judgment dated 07.10.2024.

Accordingly, we dispose of the present petition in terms of the same. The pending application also stands disposed of.
