By this petition the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 723/2017 under Section 363 IPC registered at PS Rajouri Garden, Delhi on the complaint of respondent No.2.

Status report has been filed by the State. As per the status report, statement of petitioner No.1 has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she stated that she has left her home of her own free will without any pressure and has also married Sachin Mukhiya of her own free will. In view of the statement of petitioner No.1, since there was no enticement, a cancellation report has since been prepared.

In view of the status report, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take remedies in accordance with law in case the cancellation report is not accepted by the learned Trial Court.
