O R D E R

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

"a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ to the Respondent No. 2 for calling of the records related to Complaint Case bearing CC No. 56 of 2023 titled as 'Paawan Chaudhary vs. Fiat India Automobile Pvt. Ltd. & Anr., pending adjudication before the Ld. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Delhi;

b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ to the Respondent No. 2 to expedite and dispose of Complaint Case bearing CC No. 56 of 2023 titled as 'Paawan Chaudhary vs. Fiat India Automobile Pvt. Ltd. & Anr., pending adjudication before the Ld. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Delhi, within a time-bound manner, or such other time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice" 2.

Essentially, the petitioner seeks disposal of the Complaint Case bearing CC No. 56 of 2023 pending before the State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (hereinafter referred as 'State Commission') The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. expeditiously in a time bound manner.

This Court is not inclined to issue any preemptory directions imposing a timeline for disposal of the aforesaid complaint by the State Commission. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is at liberty to mention the matter before the State Commission and request for an expeditious disposal of the aforesaid complaint. Upon such request being made, the State Commission shall make an endeavour to accommodate the petitioner's request, to the extent feasible, given the calendar of the State Commission.

The present petition is disposed of in the above terms. Pending application also stands disposed of.
