We take note of the limited grievance of the writ petitioner and who had asserted that the respondent had failed to pass an appeal effect order in terms of the order passed by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) ["CIT(A)"] on 15 July 2022. Pursuant to the liberty granted, the respondents have placed for our consideration an order framed by Assessing Officer ["AO"] determining the refund which is payable to the writ petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty reserved to the writ petitioner to take appropriate remedies in case it questions the computation of the refund which has been determined.
