This is a joint application under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') seeking to record the settlement arrived at between the plaintiff and the defendants.

The application has been duly signed by the plaintiff and authorised representatives of the defendants. The application is also supported by affidavits of the plaintiff as well as the authorised representatives of the defendants.

The terms of settlement are given in paragraphs 3 to 5 of the application.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.

In light of the order passed in I.A. 1189/2025 above, the present suit is decreed in terms of the aforesaid application, which shall form part of the decree.

The decree sheet be drawn up in above terms.

The pending application stands disposed of.
