The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a limited prayer viz. that the demolition order dated 25.04.2024 passed by the respondent qua the property bearing Flat No.6503/C6, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi be supplied to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent/MCD does not oppose the aforesaid relief sought by the petitioner.

Accordingly, it is directed a copy of the demolition order dated 25.04.2024 and/or other notices/orders that may have been issued by the MCD qua the property in question be supplied to the petitioner within a period of three days from today.

The present petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid directions. 5.
