It is pertinent to mention that the present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to Respondent Nos. 1-3 to regularise the flat allotted to the Petitioner in the Respondent society.

Learned counsel for the Registrar Cooperative Societies has handed over a photocopy of the letter dated 05th January, 2024 written by its office to the Deputy Director (GH), DDA wherein it is stated that the Petitioner's name has been cleared for regularisation of membership in Shree New Anamika Co-operative Group Housing Society Ltd. 6.
In view of the aforesaid letter, which is taken on record, DDA is directed to regularise the allotment of Flat no. C-8 in favour of the Petitioner in terms of notification dated 17th October, 2011 issued by Lieutenant Governor of Delhi within six weeks.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
