The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:
(a) Appropriate order/directions, directing the Respondents NO.1 & 2 to appear in person before this Hon'ble Court to explain their conduct in not complying with the directions given by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 31.05.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.'7526/2020 and thereafter take suitable action against them. (b) Appropriate order/directions, directing the Respondents no. 1 & 2 school to declare the result of the petitioner and handing it along with the transfer certificate to the Court, for being delivered The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to the petitioner.
(c) Appropriate order/directions, directing the respondents to pay compensation /damages for the harassment and mental agony caused to the Petitioner by their illegal, and grossly negligent acts and their callous and irresponsible behavior. (d) Appropriate order/directions, directing the Respondents to pay the cost of this petition to the Petitioner;
(e) Such other or further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the order dated 31.05.2021 passed in WP(C) 7526/2020 has been complied and seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
