The instant petition seeks the following prayers: "a.

Pass an order directing the LD ACJM (Special Acts) Tis Hazari Court to decide and dispose of all pending applications u/s 91 CrPC, application to bring on record fraud and application u/s 452(2) of the companies Act, 2013 for the recovery of Petitioner Company 5 bigha land within one month.

b.

Pass an order directing the LD ACJM (Special Acts) Tis Hazari Court to conclude trial u/s 452 of the companies Act, 2013 Complaint Case no 6742/2020 titled as "Kempty Konstruction Pvt Ltd Vs Shivraj Singh" within three months."

In our opinion, this Court cannot, while exercising the jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, monitor the board of the Trial Court or give directions for the disposal of the matter in a time bound manner. The listing of matters is done keeping in mind various factors such as judicial workload, availability of the presiding officer, nature and urgency of cases, and administrative exigencies.
