The present petition raises a grievance as regards alleged unauthorised construction in property bearing no.H-55, H- Block, Gali No.3, Vijay Chowk, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi 110092.

Learned counsel for the MCD who appears on advance notice submits that the property in question shall be inspected within a period of one week from today and that requisite action in accordance with law shall be taken in case any unauthorised construction is found to be subsisting in the property in question. The said statement is taken on record. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
