O R D E R

The present petition raises a grievance as regards illegal/unauthorised construction at property bearing No. H-5/12, Block H, measuring about 121.1/4 sq. yds., situated in the Abadi of Krishna Nagar, in the Village Ghaundli, Delhi - 110051.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner confines himself to seeking that the present petition be treated as a representation by the MCD and a speaking order be passed thereon after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It is directed accordingly. 3.

The present petition stands disposed of with the above directions. 4.

If considered apposite, MCD shall also afford an opportunity of hearing to the owner/occupier of the property in question before passing the speaking order.
