The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus to the Respondent-State to trace and produce the mother of the Petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that since the mother of the Petitioner has already returned home, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
