The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks the following prayers:
"i. Issue a writ m the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order whereby directing the respondent no. 1 to 4 to take the strict action on the said complaints of the petitioner, whereby suspend the respondent no.5 with the immediate effect for his cognizable office/heinous crime.
ii.
