Present application has been filed under section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Delhi High Court Rules under Article 226 of the Constitution of India on behalf of the petitioner/applicant, inter alia, seeking the following prayers:- "a) Issue appropriate directions directing the Respondent to comply with the order dated 27.05.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) No. 7739/2024 and accordingly, pass appeal affect order and remove the demand of INR 5,64,24,820 that is appearing on the e-filing portal within a period of 2 weeks;

b) For such further and other reliefs, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case; and award the costs of this application in favour of the Petitioner/Applicant and against Respondent." Mr. Vipul Agarwal, Senior Standing Counsel on behalf of the revenue has handed over the bench a copy of an email dated 08.03.2025 sent by the respondent/revenue stating that the refund determined of Rs. 1,51,11,717/- was sent to CPC for the release of refund.

In view of the aforesaid statement and the email communication taken on record, binding the Revenue to the aforesaid statement and communication, application is allowed and stands disposed of.
