The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "(a) Issue a appropriate writ, order or direction to transfer the investigation of F.I.R. no. 754/2018 registered under sections 380/341 of IPG at Police Station Mehrauli, Delhi and consequent proceedings initiated thereto against the Petitioner to any other investigating agency and (b) Direct the respondent no.2 and respondent no.3 to handover the keys to Petitioner and (c) Direct the Respondent no.4 to take appropriate action against respondent no.3 for creating false evidences against the Petitioner and (d) pass any other or further order as the court may deem fit and proper." 2.
