Issues were framed in the suit on 25th July, 2014 and the suit posted for evidence of the plaintiff. The plaintiff, after taking several adjournments, on 23rd December, 2016 examined PW-1, whose crossexamination was deferred to 16th February, 2017 on request of the witness. The witness did not appear on 16th February, 2017, 16th May, 2017, 28th August, 2017 and adjournments were sought. Thereafter, on 24th November, 2017, the counsel for the plaintiff did not appear before the Joint Registrar and for which reason the Joint Registrar has ordered this suit to be posted before this Bench.

None appears for the plaintiff today also.
