On 27.05.2024, this Court passed the following order:- 1.

"When this Court suggested to the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioner should approach the NGT, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that since the order is unreasoned insofar as it does not state as to how the sum of Rs.82,12,500/- has been arrived at and no show cause notice has been issued, the Counsel for the Respondent can be directed to ascertain as to whether the matter can be remanded back to the authority for a detailed order. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner also states that the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned Counsel for the Respondent/DPCC states that he has no objection in the impugned order being set aside and matter remanded back to the authority to consider the matter once again in light of the objections raised in the writ petition.

In view of the above, the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the DPCC for a fresh consideration in light of the contentions raised in the writ petition.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case and the authority is directed to take a decision in the matter on its own merits in accordance with law. 5.
