Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that the prayers in the present Application were inter alia for inviting bids and initiating tender process for operating tea and coffee vending machine kiosk(s) at Parking area of JPNATC of the Respondent as well at waiting area, New Emergency Ward of the Respondent from December 1, 2020. 2.

He submits that with the passage of time a policy decision has been taken by the Respondent that the Respondent has now become selfsufficient, no tender will be floated by the Respondent for the Kiosk(s) at Parking area of JPNATC.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent, thus, contends that the prayers in the present Petition have become infructuous. 4.

The Respondent is bound down by the statement made today. 5.
