The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No.117/2025 of PS Madhu Vihar for offences under Section 105/110 BNS. Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that in a congested area he was illegally constructing a five storey building, which fell, causing death of one person and injuries to two others. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application.

But this case involves larger issues. It cannot be that the five storey building under construction came up overnight. In response to a specific query IO/Inspector Sandeep Kumar submits that he is already investigating the role of the Junior Engineer, Assistant Engineer and other officers of MCD in this regard.
