The Appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 ('M.V.Act' hereinafter) has been filed on behalf of the Appellant against the impugned Award dated 15.05.2019 in MACT No. 777/2018. However, none is present on behalf of the Insurance Company. None was present on the last date of hearing as well.

The Appeal along with the pending Applications are dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
