The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 424/2020 of PS Adarsh Nagar, Delhi for offence under Section 302/34 IPC and Section 25/27 Arms Act.

After addressing partly, on being pointed out names of two eye witnesses and testimony of one of them, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file fresh bail application before trial court after examination of all public witnesses.

As requested, the bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
