% 10.02.2016 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.PC moved by the petitioner for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that after grant of anticipatory bail, the respondent no.1 is threatening the petitioner / complainant. However, it is not disputed by him that no complaint was made to the police by the petitioner in this regard. Under the circumstances, the counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty file a complaint before the police so that the matter may be investigated by them.

In view of these submissions, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
