The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 379/2019 of PS K.N.
Katju Marg for offences under Section /323/342/376/373/420/468/471 IPC and under Section 6 POCSO Act. 2.
At the outset, learned APP points out that earlier a similar application of the accused/applicant was dismissed by this court, which order was upheld by the Supreme Court, but the same has been concealed. 3.
Learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application. 4.
It is noticed that this bail application does not bear signatures of the accused/applicant nor it is supported with his affidavit. The application has been filed with the supporting affidavit of a lady, purported to be wife of the accused/applicant. More importantly, the vakalatnama is dated 23.01.2025. The bail application being filed in April 2025 with vakalatnama of January The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 2025 should have been returned by the Registry to be filed with fresh vakalatnama in order to ensure that the accused/applicant is aware about the successive application.
