Petitioner has sought quashing of FIR for offence under Section 354/506 IPC and Section 10/12 of POCSO Act. Petitioner is a teacher by occupation and the victim was his student. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that parties have compromised the dispute. But admittedly, the offence under POCSO Act is not a compoundable one and charges have already been framed by the trial court.

Under these circumstances, on instructions of petitioner present in court, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw this petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
