The counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been settled between the plaintiff and the defendants in the mediation proceedings conducted before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.
The three Settlement Agreements entered into between the plaintiff and the defendants no.1, 2 and 3, which bear the signatures of the authorised representative of the plaintiff and defendants no.1, 2 and 3,have been placed on record.

I have gone through the terms of the settlement agreements and find the same to be lawful.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 5.

In view of the fact that the matter has been settled at the Mediation Centre, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the CourtFees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
