This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr. P.C.') seeking directions to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to ensure protection of the life and liberty to the Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2. 2.

None appears on behalf of the Petitioners.

Learned ASC states on instructions from the Enquiry Officer ('EO') ASI Parmod Kumar, Police Station (PS) Dayalpur that the EO has spoken with Petitioner No. 1 and she has confirmed that she along with Petitioner No. 2 are living peacefully. He states that the mobile number of the beat constable has been provided to the Petitioners and so far no distress call has been received.

In view of the above, the petition is hereby disposed of.
