The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus and in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to produce her missing daughter. 2.

Petitioner is mother of the missing girl. Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that on 11.05.2024, her daughter came to her home in Delhi but when she tried to call her, her mobile was switched off. Thereafter, she tried to call respondent No.2 and his mother, but their mobiles were also switched off. had threatened to kill her daughter. The petitioner searched her daughter but to no avail. Thereafter, the petitioner approached Police Station Jaitpur, Delhi and filed a complaint against respondent No.2 for kidnapping of her daughter. But no action has been taken. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

Petitioner's daughter is present in person and submits that she has married to respondent No.2, i.e. Mr. Shiv Kumar, on 13.05.2024 and she is living happily with him at H. No.3C, III Floor, B.D. Jain Public School, Vijay Vihar, Rithala, New Delhi. She further states that she is 24 years old and she would like to stay with her husband only. 6.

Petitioner's daughter is adult and she is at liberty to stay wherever she wants to stay. Viewed thus, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition which is simply in the nature of Habeas Corpus. 7.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
