O R D E R
% 07.02.2018 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 are related to each other. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue which led to registration of FIR No. 524/14 under Sections 323/354B/392/34 IPC at police station Sagarpur, on the complaint of respondent no.2. With the intervention of their elders in the family, petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes vide Compromise Deed dated 21st August, 2017, therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed.
Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Kamlesh of police station Sagarpur.
She submits that she has settled the
matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
