The petitioner has filed I.A. 4490/2024 for withdrawal of the petition on the ground that parties have settled their disputed under Vivad se Vishwas II (Contractual Disputes) Scheme.

The respondent is also represented and confirms this position. 3.

The petitioner has agreed to pay a sum of ₹21,12,46,341/- alongwith further interest, in full and final settlement of the disputes. 4.

The application is therefore allowed and O.M.P.(COMM) 362/2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.
