The parties have settled their disputes in mediation. A copy of Settlement Agreement dated 11.12.2023 has been placed on record. It is signed by the plaintiff and the defendant (through its constituted attorney). It is also signed by learned counsel for the parties and by the learned Mediator.

I am informed that the Settlement Agreement has also been implemented fully.

At the request of learned counsel for the parties, the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 11.12.2023. Decree sheet be prepared accordingly.
