% 16.07.2025 This is a petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR bearing No. 862/2015, under Section 498A/406/34 IPC registered at P.S.Bindapur, Delhi, on the ground of compromise/settlement. Ms. Sindhu Sakkarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner states that since after the filing of the petition respondent no.2 has backed out from settlement, and therefore seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
