Mr. Sunil Kumar, counsel for the Petitioner, states that since a Complainant also has the right to invoke Section 173 (8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 before the Trial Court, he would like to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Trial Court for suitable directions, in accordance with law.

Further, Mr. Kumar requests that he may be permitted to rely on all the status reports filed by the State, before the Trial Court. 3.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted. 4.

The Petitioners are permitted to draw the attention of the Trial Court to the status reports filed by the State before this Court and seek suitable directions as permissible under law.
