Present none for the petitioner. It is noted that even on the last date of hearing, the petitioner remained unrepresented. 2.

With the assistance of ld. APP for the State, this Court has taken up the petition which has been filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to the respondent No.2/accused by this Court vide order dated 03.05.2023. 3.

Learned APP submits that the present petition has been filed with the allegations that post his release on regular bail, the respondent No.2 has approached the petitioner on 14.05.2023 through some unknown persons and also threatened her to withdraw the complaint. Ld. APP further submits that in the present case, cross FIRs have been filed, and that the respondent No.2 has also filed an FIR No. 110/2023 under Sections 308/34 IPC against the husband of the present petitioner. It is also submitted that though the petitioner has filed a complaint in the police station on 15.05.2023 claiming that after being granted bail on 14.05.2023, the respondent No.2, through The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. some unknown persons, had threatened her to withdraw the case, however, after investigation, the same was not found to be verified. 4.

Considering that the only premise for filing the present petition is the subsequent complaint of threat through some unknown persons which was not verified upon investigation, I find no ground to entertain the present petition and consequently, the same is dismissed.
