The present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks the following prayers:- "a. Quash/expunge the remarks against the counsel for the Petitioner as recorded in the order dated 29.04.2025 by the Court of Ms. Shruti Sharma-II, Ld. JMIC, Mahila Court-02, West, Tis Hazari, Delhi b. Pass any such other or further order(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.

Learned Senior Counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioners submit that petitioner no.2, who was appearing on behalf of petitioner no.1 before the learned Trial Court did not in any manner, try to pressurise the Court, as has been observed by the learned Trial Court. expresses deep and sincere regret that such a misunderstanding took place for which the learned Judge has made the observations impugned in the present petition.

Petitioner no.2, who is present in Court today also expresses his unconditional apology and submits that he had conducted himself with due diligence and sincerity before the learned Trial Court. 5.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that he has no objection if the observations qua the petitioner no.2 are expunged and the order is set aside.

In view of the aforesaid and with the consent of the parties, the impugned order along with the observations qua the petitioner no.2 is set aside.
