Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No. 0278/2022 under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/120B/34 IPC registered at P.S. Burari and all proceedings emanating therefrom in terms of Memorandum of Settlement (MOU) dated 08.11.2024. 4.

It is submitted that there are other accused as well in the present FIR, whereby the Complainants had been cheated by the Petitioner-the property broker, to pay the money to the other Accused persons. Considering the nature of the dispute and the complicity of all the Accused persons some of whom are not even a party in the present Petition, the quashing on the basis of MOU dated 08.11.2024 is hereby declined. 6.
