This petition is filed seeking directions to SDM to demarcate the land of 9 Biswas in Khasra No. 434 situated in revenue estate of Village Jasola Tehsil Sarita Vihar, District South East, Delhi. 2.

The grievance raised in the petition is that the application made for demarcation on 09.01.2017 has not been dealt with till date. 3.

It is an undisputed fact that the land in question has been urbanized. The issue that after urbanization of the land, which authority has to carry out demarcation is sub-judice before a Larger Bench of this Court. 4.

decision of the Larger Bench and if so required would transfer the application to the competent authority.
