This court notes that an FIR No. 614/2017 has been registered on 23.12.2017 at his complaint under Sections 323, 354, 354B r/w Section 347 IPC at PS Jait Pur. Prayer is that the petitioner is now facing threat at the hands of the accused person that he should withdraw the criminal complaint lodged by him otherwise he will suffer maltreatment.

FIR has been filed in the competent court. This court is of the view that on an appropriate application being filed by the complainant before the concerned court, the concerned court will pass an

appropriate order keeping in view the narration of the above facts. Petition disposed of.
