Counsel for the parties submit that the issue raised in the instant petition is covered by the judgment of this Court dated 18.10.2019 rendered in a batch of writ petitions, the lead case being W.P.(C) No.8820/2019 titled Sir Chhotu Ram Jat College of Education vs. National Council for Teacher Education & Anr.

Accordingly, the prayers made in the writ petition are allowed. 3.

The impugned order dated 14.10.2016 passed by the Northern Regional Committee is set aside.

The directions issued in Sir Chhotu Ram Jat College of Education case will apply mutatis mutandis to the Petitioners in the captioned writ petition as well.

Accordingly, the applications filed by the petitioner for grant of recognition B.A.B.Ed./B.Sc.B.Ed. (4 year integrated) course will be processed as per law with due expedition, though, not later than 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
