% 26.11.2025 Since 25.11.2025 was declared as a Holiday on the occasion of 350th anniversary of 'Guru Teg Bahadur's Martyrdom Day', this matter has been taken up today, i.e., on 26.11.2025.

It is submitted on behalf of the plaintiff that the matter stood settled between the plaintiff and defendant no. 5 vide Settlement Agreement dated 23.09.2025.

The plaintiff, under the terms of the said agreement, has agreed to withdraw the suit.

In view thereof, the suit stands disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

The entire Court fee is directed to be refunded to the plaintiff by the Registry.
